We have a COVID-19 Safety Plan, are a registered COVID safe business and are committed to keeping you and our staff safe.
Strict adherence to NSW health guidelines are undertaken and for your health and safe being we have trained COVID Marshalls on shift monitoring practices and ensuring guidelines are followed. Upon check in of the hotel you will be screened and asked detailed questions, we will request a temperature check on arrival and request that you digitally sign in via the app. Once the aforementioned requests are met you will be allowed to check in to the hotel. Sanitiser is available throughout our public areas, including all bathrooms. Single use amenities are available in-rooms. Mini Bar items are available on a request basis and all public areas, guest rooms and back of house areas are regularly and thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards.
We request that social distancing and good hygiene practices aswell as other hotel rules are adhered to at all times.
Please note that in addition to the above and for your safety the following facilities are closed; Steam Room, Sauna and the Gymnasium. We trust you understand that guest and staff safety is paramount.
COVID 19 and the rules are constantly evolving, should you feel unwell, we ask that you change your travel plans, note that if you present to the hotel with flu like symptoms we will refuse you entry.
